Shipping costs
Shipping within the Netherlands is € 4.95. Orders of € 50 or more ship free.
Pickup in Amsterdam is always free. Choose ‘pickup’ at checkout — we'll contact you to arrange a moment.
Delivery time
Order before 5pm on a business day and we ship the same day. Parcels are delivered by PostNL, usually within 1–2 business days.
Returns
Not completely happy? You have 14 days to change your mind. Unopened products in original condition can be returned within this period; we refund the purchase amount once we receive the return.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. If in doubt, or if a product arrives damaged, please contact us first.
