By placing an order with Inspired Scents you agree to the terms below.

1. Company details

Inspired Scents, based in Amsterdam. Contact via info@inspiredscents.nl. (Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers to be listed here.)

All prices are in euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and assortment. An agreement is formed once your payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed securely via Mollie (including iDEAL and credit card). Inspired Scents never stores full payment details.

Delivery and pickup follow the Shipping & returns page. Stated delivery times are indicative.

You have 14 days to withdraw for unopened products. Opened perfumes are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

Inspired Scents is not liable for damage caused by improper use. Always test a new fragrance on a small area of skin first.

These terms are a general baseline. Have them reviewed by a lawyer before launch and add your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT details.
